Days Inn by Wyndham Laramie

The staff was absolutely amazing. We were so impressed with their friendliness and hospitality. My husband and I can’t remember another hotel (besides the Ritz Carlton) that had such outstanding staff. But this staff was even more genuine. We were always greeted with a smile and a thoughtful question that showed an interest in us and our day. They frequently asked if we needed anything, and the front desk worker even hauled up some of our luggage for us. You could tell they really cared about the people staying at their hotel and took an interest in them. We couldn’t have been more impressed.

We snagged the last room in the hotel on a long road trip. The comfort of the beds were fabulous. Breakfast was the standard continental with eggs and bacon so the extra protein was nice. Staff was pleasant.

The breakfast was fantastic. Hot eggs, link sausage, biscuits and gravy, and a waffle maker. Great selection of items to toast. They even had almond milk! Conveniently located next to the interstate, and downtown was about two miles away.

Customer service was exceptional! Any questions we may have had were answered at check in, from tv channel listings to a list of local food places. Laundry facilities were clean and accessible when we needed them. Bed was comfortable and we were provided extra pillows 😊
